- Basic technical data: like your browser type and IP address, which our hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles to deliver and protect the site, including a security check on our form that looks at browser and device signals to stop bots.
How we use it

Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), website hosting (Cloudflare), and Meta (ad measurement). They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- Parties to a sale, such as a title company, when you choose to move forward with selling.
- Others when required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
